Block and Beam
Block and Beam floors consist of prestressed precast concrete beams and concrete infill blocks being spaced at suitable patterns depending on the span between load bearing walls.
Polystyrene Flooring
This system combines beams with polystyrene infill panels and a variable-depth topsheet. As a package this flooring can achieve great U-values being thermally efficient as easy to install.
Hollowcore Planks & Stairs
Hollowcore Planks are available in various widths and lengths to suit site measurements. Precast Concrete Stairs can be designed, manufactured and delivered with excellent lead times.

Pavimento Precast can supply all of the above products either on a supply only or a supply and install basis. If you choose the install option our qualified Level 5 appointed persons will visit site, discuss logistics and produce a set of RAMS for the bespoke lift required.
